2 months old!

I can't believe he's 2months old! He's no longer a newborn thats for sure! We're having so much fun with him! He loves to coo and wiggle and suck on his fists! It's so much fun making faces at him to get him to make noises! haha we're so easily entertained with him! Yesterday he had a Dr's appointment and got his first shots! :'( I cried and felt guilty all day! But atleast he's healthy! He weighs 11lbs 2.5oz! And he is 24.5inches tall! haha He's definately a growing boy that takes after his daddy! haha

Nothing like a first kiss :)

Yesterday was our 3 year anniversary of our first kiss! :) So to celebrate I made dinner and packed it all up and we went on a picnic! :) We had chicken, mashed potatoes and pasta salad! For dessert I made a cherry cheesecake! soooo good! and of course we had martinelli's to wash it all down! haha Yeah so what we're dorks but it was fun! After our picnic we went home and gathered up all our blankets and pillows and headed out to lee's parents house to return to the scene of the crime haha AKA Lee's Trampoline :) It was a nice clear cool night out and we hung out with all our blankets and pillows and watched the stars! We saw several shooting stars and it was just a perfect ending to a fun day!

Labor Day Weekend!

We got to go to Lagoon Theme Park! I'd never been there before and it was sooo much fun! we headed up friday night to Ogden and stayed with Craig and Alyssa. Robert and Kandice drove up with us so they stayed the night as well and boy was the house full lol The next morning Lee's brother lyman and his mom and sister Xianna arrived and we all had breakfast together of pancakes and waffles! Yum! Then after convincing Craig and Alyssa that they just had to come it was off to the park for the day! We had tons of fun! The rollercoasters were great! and so were all the other rides! we were at the park till 8pm and didn't get back home till midnight (we had to teach our primary class sunday) but it was well worth it!

My Birthday was actually on Labor Day this year! that's only happened 3times in my life. The day I was born when i was like 11 or 12 and this year! Lee made me a turtle cake. Literally a cake in the shape of a turtle it took 3 boxes of cake and alot of imagination haha! I loved it! for my birthday my present didn't arrive in time but we went shopping and we went to the blackfoot fair then later we went to dinner at wingers :) then when we got home we had cake and ice cream! It was all very fun! Later in the week my birthday present arrived and it was a Wii and Wii fit! we've been having so much fun with it! I love it! and even better he got a really good deal on it on Ebay haha!
